HOLISTIC PRACTICE
PHILOSOPHY
Certified in massage practice since 2007.
It was in Gap that I trained this year for my very first massage entitled, "Musical massage of the world", a whole program.
A lot of practice allowed me to master this 1st massage while training me in the practice of Yoga.
Certifications for 7 other massages and training for 4 years
in Yoga, in Energetics, in Essential Psychology and in Enneagram, followed at the LUS , came to complete, diversify and deepen my knowledge of human functioning and ... of myself!
The satisfaction experienced during and after each treatment, in the light of a relaxed and peaceful person, is the source of inspiration that makes me want to progress and work at my best.

BODY MASSAGE
The body is massaged, untied, from head to toes. The alternation of several types of gestures adapted to the chosen protocol provides the desired calm.
FACE MASSAGE
Like the whole body, the face is dotted with nerve endings. Facial massage is also a source of well-being. It helps to preserve the elasticity of the skin and improves blood circulation.
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Massage provides considerable health benefits. It improves the circulation of energy, that of blood and lymph. It relaxes the muscles, facilitates digestion and stimulates the lymphatic system which accelerates waste disposal.
YOGA
It is an art of living, it allows flexibility and strength in our mental and physical postures.
The sessions offered to the public for 8 years are interrupted. The sessions take place only within the college St. Exupéry located in St. Laurent du Var ... For now.
